Ingredients:
Boiled chicken mince : 1/2 kg
Tomato ketchup : 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
Black pepper : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder : 1 tsp
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Bread crums : (4 slice of bread)
Egg : 1
Garlic cloves : 3
Fresh coriender : 2 tbsp Medium Size Onion : 1 Green Chilli chopped : 2
Burger Bun : 6 Lettuce : 1 Tomato ketchup, Mayonnaise, Sliced Tomato, Sliced Onion
Preparation
Mix all the Ingredients together, along with half egg and bit of breadcrumbs for binding. Make Patties of the mixture and keep aside
Now take remaining half egg in a bowl add bit of water in egg and make an egg wash for the patties.
Now I a separate flat plate take breadcrumbs.
Take the patties dip them in egg wash remove and coat it with the breadcrumbs nicely, one by one.
(You can use these patties instantly or can also frozen it for later use frozen life is for 8 to 12 month)
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties till golden brown.
Now Assemble the Burger
Take Burger bun cut them from middle grill them spread mayonnaise put lettuce on that, keep the Chicken patty on it, place slice tomato and onion on it lil bit ketchup on that close the bun and that it your burger is ready to serve. Do the same with rest of the patties.
